Evergreen Park Drive Office Buildings

Jim and Cheryl Morris, MPH Holdings, LLC’s managing members, designed and developed eight executive office buildings in three phases totaling more than 124,000 square feet in the late 1980’s through 1993. Currently, we maintain three brick buildings located adjacent to the Thurston County Courthouse complex in West Olympia. Two of these buildings are located at Heritage Court in West Olympia, totaling 35,700 square feet, as well as one 9,000 square foot building located on Lakeridge Way.

The two Heritage Court office buildings are currently occupied by a County Agency, a non-profit regional consulting firm, and a Federal Agency. There is one- 3,041 square foot suite available for lease on the 3rd floor of the 2424 Heritage Court building, consisting of a lobby/reception area, 2 private offices, data/communications and storage rooms, large multi-purpose room (kitchenette, break, and copy/file areas), and 1600 square feet of open work area (able to accommodate approximately 15 work stations).
