Capitol Way Office Building

Located at 521 Capitol Way South, MPH Holdings, LLC manages this building for J. A. Morris Company, LLC.  This building was renovated in 1988, and leased by the same State Agency still housed there.  Formerly the J.C. Penney’s department store, the first floor of this building was renovated in Spring 2009, with further renovations planned for the near future.
