MPH Holdings, LLC was founded by Managing Members Jim and Cheryl Morris, as well as Member Don Pettie. We specialize in the development, construction, ownership, and management of commercial property. In addition, our company manages a real estate investment portfolio, including property management for J. A. Morris Company, LLC.
The MPH Holdings team has more than 25 years of experience in the field of commercial building and development. During that time we have developed, constructed, and managed over 500,000 square feet of commercial properties all over Western Washington, including development in Thurston, Lewis, and Cowlitz Counties. One of the advantages MPH Holdings, LLC has over many of our competitors is the ability to use our in-house construction company to complete the construction aspect of our projects. J. A. Morris Construction, LLC is a growing firm with the unique ability to successfully complete projects ranging from small office tenant improvements to complete development projects from the ‘ground-up.’ J. A. Morris Construction’s staff brings a broad and extensive background of experiences in the development of commercial and residential construction projects, enabling us to provide customers with a high quality and cost effective end product that both customer and contractor can be proud of. In addition to the work J. A. Morris Construction is doing for MPH Holdings, LLC we have now expanded to build-to-suit commercial construction for anyone who may require an experienced general contractor.
